2022 Travel trailer with 1 slide out, fully equipped with all of the bells and whistles. Sleeps 8-10.Interior Features:
* 2 Bedrooms, 1 King bed, closets to hang clothes and storage space, 2nd room has 2 full size bunk beds. (We provide sheets, blankets, and pillows).
* 1 Flat screen Smart TV.
* Dining room table with chairs that can be converted into additional sleeping space.
* Sofa can be converted into additional sleeping space for 2 people.
* Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. (We provide plates, cups, utensils, wine opener, can opener, pots and pans, coffee machine, espresso machine, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, dish soap, and paper towel, and trash bags).
* Bathroom with shower. (We provide bath towels, hand soap, Rv toilet paper, and trash bags).
* A/C and Heating system.
* Cell phone charging station.
* First Aid Kit.Exterior Features:
* Storage.
* Awning with led light and radio.
* Shower.
* Outside kitchen with refrigerator, burner, and sink.Extras included

Spare 5 gallon tanks are also available $25.If traveling to Flamingo Campground and we deliver and pick up the park charges $30 each way. That can be charged upfront or deducted security deposit.If the customer does not dump the black and grey waters there will be a $150 charge deducted from the security deposit. (This does not pertain to campgrounds with full hook up).NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $100 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $100 will be deducted from your deposit.When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind from renter.Renter is responsible for tolls if any. Perfect! Yoany’s RV was exactly what we had hoped for. It was super clean (like new), everything worked as expected, and equipped with all the essentials and then some. We had the RV delivered to our campsite and it arrived on time and ready to go. Highly recommend!!
