After all, not everyone cleans the same. With that said in readings RVshares description of what cleaning means, all owners have the right to evaluate and assess their own cleaning fees. All motorhomes require time for cleaning. Cleaning inside and careful pressure cleaning on the outside (as to not tear into the decals) and we don't expect anyone coming back from a vacation to leave a unit as clean as the next renter deserves it. Our cleaning fees are always added at return, even though renters are expected not to return the units trashed. 5.0Jane and Erik were excellent hosts. The RV was spotless, well equipped, and clearly well maintained. Communication was prompt and friendly, with detailed video and PDF instructions. They even proactively changed a broken water pump the night before our trip. Prices were reasonable, and the entire experience was smooth and stress free from start to finish.
