-Please remember, mopeds are not to be driven on the H1, H2, H3, Likelike or Pali roads. -No moped, motorcycle or scooter is to be driven off road for any reason. -It is against Hawaii State law to ride more than 1 person on any vehicle less than 50cc. Cruzin Hawaii reserves the right to terminate any contract if there is evidence of 2 people riding on any moped. Riding 2 up on any moped will also be grounds to terminate any LDW. -When leaving your rental please take the time to lock it up. Locking the back tire to any solid fixture is the best way to ensure it is not stolen. Motorcycles should lock their steering. -Eye protection is required by state law. Sunglasses qualify as eye protection. A helmet will be provided for you free of charge. It is not required by the state of Hawaii however. -If you are running late, always call. We do offer extensions however, extensions are not always available due to other customer reservations. Please be respectful of everyone's time. Any rental returned over an hour after your scheduled drop off time will be charged $20. NO EXCEPTIONS. After the second hour you will be charged the full 24 hour rate. You will continue to be charged the 24 hour rate plus an additional $20 late fee for each day you are late. -All mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles must be filled up before returning. Any mopeds, scooters, or motorcycles returned without a full tank may be charged a $25 refueling fee. Please use PREMIUM GAS!
