5.0Dennis was great. We literally were able to book his trailer the day of our travels. He was very thorough in his explanation of how to work and use the trailer. He was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed him by phone or text. He was patient with as well. I would highly recommend booking with Dennis!!! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

It all depends on my schedule for that day. Please message me and we will work something out. Our default pick up / drop off times which we can adjust for a small fee are: a. Weekdays: pick up at 5pm and drop off at 4pm b. Weekends and public holidays: pick up at 12pm and drop off at 4pm

What is the cleaning fee for?

The trailer should be cleaned (inside and/or outside) prior to dropping off the RV; if the unit is not cleaned there will be a fee deducted from the security deposit.

What is the inconvenience fee for?
A.
If you make any unapproved changes to your booking while on your trip (adding extra days for any reason), you agree to pay $500 inconvenience fee plus any additional days rent.
