2020 KZ Escape

We have a great service, they were very friendly and helpful, the RV was in very good condition, we didn’t have any problems picked up and returned, we will rent from them again, thanks you very much for your service.

Great host, good trailer. The host was very helpful and accommodating with quick response times. We were renting the trailer on short notice and we were thrilled the host was ok with that. They even moved the trailer to a separate pick up spot for us due to weather concerns. Overall a great experience with the host; flexible and concenicious. The trailer left some things to be desired but it was mostly inconsequential; the range is rather small, problems with the screen door closing, missing keys to the lock the trailer, small cosmetic stuff. And for the great price these are not something that mattered to me. The most critical thing was that the awning was inoperable, which was a bummer but we had alternate cover. Overall a good experience. I would definitely book from this host again. I would book the trailer again if the awning worked.

I was a little apprehensive at first about entering my CC information on the website before you are even guaranteed the rental, because everything is done thru the website and actual phone contact with anyone until they dropped off for us, but it was all really smooth.

We had such a wonderful time with this travel trailer! Its compact size made it super easy to tow with our 1/2 ton truck, and the affordable price was a huge bonus. The trailer was very functional and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable trip. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it fit our family’s needs without feeling cramped. The owners were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They made us aware of the current pieces that have wear and tear and walked us through the before and after inspection process. Their hospitality really stood out and made our experience even better. We would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend this trailer to anyone looking for a great RV adventure!

I wasn't happy as there were things and part of the rv I could not use and wasn't told until it was delivered. Upon checking out the owners charged over $100 more than want the dumping fee was. I left things how they paper said and then they charged me for that. I have a video of how we left everything. I definitely wouldn't go with this host again.
