**A beach destination such as Blue Water RV resort near Galveston Island is acceptable since the RV will be parked on a concrete pad, walking distance from the beach.3) The awning must be retracted during windy conditions. It would be good practice to retract the awning overnight or if the RV is unattended to ensure it does not get damaged.4) Please return the RV ready for the next vacation. We will be responsible for the final cleaning/sanitizing, which we do before and after each rental, however this is assuming that the RV is returned in the condition in which it was rented out. If the camper has not been cleaned out, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.5) There is an optional $100 fee paid on return if you would prefer to return the camper without emptying the black/grey tanks. This does not mean, however, that the RV can be driven with the tanks completely full.
