No Climbing, Standing or sitting on Roof.
Pets can be negotiated depending on breed.
Please return it in the same condition it was received.
Tank dump charge $75 if the tanks are not dumped.
I will give you the RV full of gas. If not returned with a full tank, I charge $6/gal to fill it back up.
Outside cleaning fee $100 applies - If the front cap is covered in bugs or the coach is dirty.
Inside cleaning fee $100.
Smoker cleaning fee $600.
Additional days can be added if other renters are not scheduled. The standard per day booking fee would apply to additional days.
If other renters are scheduled and the unit is not brought back on time, renter will be charged for the days of lost rental time at the standard rate
