This Homey camper sits on a shaded, waterfront canal that leads directly out to the gulf. Bring your fishing gear, boat and a cooler full of cold beverages to fully enjoy your stay or tow it to your favorite campground. The camper sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children. There is a queen size bed, a full sofa bed and a table that turns into a full bed. There is plenty of bedding, towels, dishes and variety of extras like salt/pepper olive oil, and a coffee maker with filters. There is also a tandem kayak and a stand up paddle board that is included for family fun. There is one slide out that creates a more roomy setting for family gatherings. There is a large deck with seating for 6 and a firepit for smores. The waterfront gathering space provides contact with the friendly neighbors across the river and to the left, which is also my vacation rental. However, there is a privacy fence and plenty of room to stay safely social distanced at the same time. The gulf is only a 10 minute boat ride away or a 30 minute paddle. There is so much to do in the area as this property sits directly on the nature coast. Hudson Beach is less then 10 minutes away. The beautiful Manatees and the clear springs of the Weeki Wachi river, is less then 30 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants including Sams Beach Bar, Skinnys and Ollies, are some of the most popular. Pine Island Beach and Sunwest Beach are within 15 minutes away. Ollie's super center and Walmart are nearby for your shopping needs.
