2015 Fleetwood Storm
Great RV, basically brand new. Sleeps 8 (6 if you want your own bed). The layout is a Queen in the rear bedroom, 2 bunk beds (that can turn into a second dinette set) a queen air mattress that drops down mechanically from above the driver, larger dinette that drops down to a bed, and a couch that 'jack knifes' into a bed. This RV has 3 TV's inside and 1 outside. Plenty of storage. Full kitchen with 3 burner stove and microwave, a fridge and freezer. Outdoor shower. Auto-leveling jacks to set you up quicker. Hot water runs of propane. Central air-condition. Requires 30amp hook up for electric. It does have a generator that runs off the gas that is in the RV's gas tank. The unit is very easy to drive. Currently has just over 5000 miles. The unit has two slides (1 in main room, and 1 for bunks and bedroom) that really open it up. Unit will come with a weber grill that you can use, as well as bedding and towels if you choose you would like to use them. Includes cookware and dish ware, a coffee maker (Kurig). You will have propane and a full fresh water tank when you pick it up. If you think you need something in addition, please ask and I will try my best to accommodate.A few notes -* Must come back cleaned or a cleaning charge of $250 will be added
* Must come back with a full gas tank. A $25 charge will be added (plus gas bill) if not full. There is a easy in/out gas station around the corner from my house.
* Black/Grey Holding tanks must be completely empty or you will charge $100 ($75 if you would like to pay up front)
