5.0Tom was wonderful to work with! Communicated so well. Worked hard to get the trailer set up at the time we needed it. He took time to give us instructions on how to use the trailer. Everything we needed was available to us. The trailer is well kept and very comfortable. Tom even provides an second mattress to make it comfy! The rental experience with Tom's trailer was GREAT! We would totally rent from him again!
