5.0This was our first time renting an rv. We are normally hotel dwellers. When we got there, it was all prepared for us. The owner was there to show us around and we couldn’t have been more happy. We were allowed to bring our little dogs, which was a bonus. We like to travel with our pets. It was plenty big for our family of three and honestly I just couldn’t have been more pleased. There were a couple of times I needed to text the owner about a question I had and they were very prompt and answering. Really really awesome experience we will be back.

4.0Really everything was great other than the doors didn’t lock and the slide out didn’t work. But Brent and Nicole were great to work with and sent a technician out so that our stay was comfortable.

5.0We had the absolute BEST experience with communication, delivery, assistance, and pick up. We used this trailer on a dirt bike trip and had flow in and Nicole went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had everything we needed. The trailer was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything! I felt I could reach out to Nicole any time but the trailer was so easy to use, we did not have to. I will say, Nicole and her husband went out of there way to bring / pick up the trailer in a more remote area and we couldn't be more grateful. They even helped us with something they didn't even have to help us with but that shows how awesome they are (thank you!). BOOK THIS TRAILER!!!! It is hands down one of the BEST units I have ever rented. If I could give 10 stars I would :)
