Might be a little older(and not perfect) but it is in good condition and has low miles. This motor home is smaller in size and comparable to a Class B so it's very easy to maneuver and fit into smaller camp sites. At the same time it is very roomy with the 2 slides. The couch makes into a queen bed(Main bed) with a memory foam topper and the dinette folds into a 6ft bed that can sleep an adult or 2 kids. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Has seat belts for 6. Perfect size for taking anywhere. Nightly Discount for bookings of 7 nights or more.

-Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided.
-If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used.
-If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100

-No Festivals(Including Burning Man)
-Awning Use Not Allowed
-Guests must bring their personal Insurance card and Drivers Licenses(For all Drivers) for verification at pickup
