Great size, just under 30ft to fit into more spots in the park but also very roomy inside. Low miles and in great shape. Has the overhead bed, dinette bed and the queen bed in the back. Could sleep 5-6 comfortably. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Nice comfortable memory foam mattress topper. Has seat belts for 7. Perfect size for taking anywhere. Nightly Discount for bookings of 7 nights or more.

- Must be 25 or older to rent and drive the RV
-Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided.
-If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used.
-If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100
-No Smoking
-No Pets
-No Climbing on Roof
-No Festivals(Including Burning Man)
-Awning Use Not Allowed
-Guests must bring their personal Insurance card and Drivers Licenses(For all Drivers) for verification at pickup
