Awesome floor plan for a family! We love it and you will too!Private queen master bedroom in the front with upgraded memory foam mattress and at the rear, cozy bunks that kids will love. Two additional hideaway beds on the couch (adult size) and dinette (kid size) offer more sleeping room if needed (will need to bring own linens, pillows and blankets if using dinette or pull out couch.) Sleeps 10 but more comfortably 6-8. The Queen bed has sheets, comforter and two pillows. Bunks will have a top sheet. (Please bring own bedding or sleeping bags for bunks and pullout sofa.)You can also bring your own linens for queen bed if you prefer. Just let me know and I will remove our stuff.Living space features 32” tv with sound at and dvd/cd and Bluetooth. Random assortment of dvd’s. Indoor/outdoor speakers to enjoy music while at the campfire or playing a round of cornhole.The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. Stocked with cleaning supplies and dish soap as well.

Please treat our rv if as it were your own. We also use this rv for recreation and take pride in it being clean and in excellent working order.
* Misc.
* Propane - guaranteed one full tank. Other can have ¼ - a full tank depending on return before. You do not need to refill the propane tank upon return.
* Appliances - A/C, awning, radio, microwave, television are convenience items. If any malfunction with these items occurs, no compensation will be made to renter.
* Any damages need to be reported as soon as possible so parts can be ordered in time for the next rental. Any part you replace under $75 that malfunctioned will be reimbursed with receipt. Anything over $75 needs prior approval from the owner and receipt upon return.
* Prohibited
* Smoking, vaping, incense burning or candles prohibited inside travel trailer or near its openings.
* Leaving children and/or pets unattended in the camper.
* Climbing on the roof.
* Outdoor festivals
* Odors and Cooking
* We do not allow the storage or cooking of foods with strong odors inside the camper. Such as fish, curry etc. we do quick turnarounds for this rental and there is just not enough time to rid those smells for the next renter.
* Security
* Keep all doors and storage bays locked when in transit or left unattended. Doors can open in transit, losing contents.
* Any missing or damaged items are the responsibility of the renter.
* Wildfires
* Follow directions of state authorities.
* Evacuate if ordered to do so.
* Keep us informed by phone call/text.
* Safe Driving and Parking
* Maximum speed for the travel trailer is 65 mph.
* No generators, coolers or other heavy items allowed inside the camper.
* Make sure all cabinets are secured and doors to bedroom are buckled.
* Always have a spotter when backing the rv.
* Have plenty of room on the side for slide out and awning.
* Level rv with leveling blocks for tires. St
