Linda and Dan were great. The handoff was well thawed out, with Dan walking us through all of the functional capabilities of the RV. I videotaped our discussion in case I had questions later. Linda was amazing. If I had a question anytime during the trip I texted her and she was back with an answer within minutes.

This was our first experience renting from Outdoorsy. We have rented condos from VRBO or Airbnb multiple times. Linda was by far the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She is super responsive to questions and concerns. However, this is an 11-year-old RV. Like older homes it has a lot of “character”. It drove well and had no difficulty getting up and down mountain passes. The key we were given could not lock the RV door. As a result, I had to lock the door from the inside and climb out the cab every time we left/entered the RV. There was a roughly 2X2 foot soft spot in the floor. I felt like I might break through the floor every time I stepped on it. The kitchen table was wobbly due to stripped screws. We were able to rethread the screws and get it stabilized. I was told at check in that the GFCI might trip and how to reset the circuit. Of course it did. We lost the air conditioning and most of the outlets. I was unable to reset the GFCI. Linda tried to help but there were no repair techs near us. Fortunately, we purchased roadside assistance insurance from Outdoorsy. The tech talked me through a hard reset of the RV electronics, and I was able to get power restored. The tech told me there was probably a problem with the GFCI. Dan compensated us for this problem. While the AC was out, we discovered that several of the windows did not open. There is also a vent in the ceiling, but the handle was missing. Also missing was the handle on the grey water. Some of the molding was broken off. Other than the microwave, the RV was clean when we took possession. The RV was stocked with everything you might need. Unfortunately, the coffee maker leaked and one of the lawn chairs was broken. All in all, we had a great trip.

Dan and Linda were amazing host that went above and beyond. They provided everything needed and reached out to see if there was anything needed prior to trip. They picked us up from the airport even though it was almost 11pm at night. They met us at the hotel to pick up after the trip was over. If we’re ever in the neighborhood we will totally be renting from Dan and Linda again.

The RV was everything and more than my family and I needed. Dan and Linda are amazing host!! I highly recommend their RV. They are great with communicating and even took their time to pick my family and I up from the airport. They’re such a sweet couple. The RV is as described in the post. They even provided our daughter a little chair to sit in and she absolutely loved it. The RV is extremely clean and Linda takes into such detail right down to making sure you have towels, warm blankets, comfy pillows and even beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals. We had a fabulous time and cannot wait to rent from Dan and Linda in the near future !!!
