*Thanksgiving: 4 night minimum stay. NO arrivals or departures scheduled on Thursday or Friday. . *New Years: 4 night minimum stay. No arrivals or departures on January 1st. . *3 day holiday weekends: 3 night minimum . *You MUST dump out gray and black waters before returning the toyhauler, a sewer hose is in the toy hauler. We will charge $200.00 dollars for not dumping out the holding tanks. . Generator Use: Generators are not included with our trailers but can be rented at an additional fee; the rented generators will not power the A/C. The generator is not to be used more than 4 hours per day, excess use will result in additional charges. You are not required to refill the tank at the end of your stay. For campsites with no electrical hook-ups, a generator with 4,000 watts or higher would be required to power the A/C. . Pets: We welcome your pets. However, if there is any damages done to the trailer, the cost of damage and/or cleaning will be taken out of security deposit. . Cleaning: All that is required from our customers is basic clean up. Before checking out of our trailer, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes if used and throw away your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning fee may apply. .
