4.0Steve, the host was great. Very cooperative and willing to work with me, allowing me to pick up the RV early. He gave clear detailed descriptions on the use and care of the RV. It was nice having the RV except for one big issue, the tanks were not dumped before I picked up the RV, there was also someone else's shorts in one cabinet and a left over loaf of bread. The stuff inside told me that the RV was given a quick clean and restock of supplies. The tanks not being dumped was the major issue. I wasn't going to pay to dump someone else's waste so I never filled the water tank and never used the sink, shower, or toilet which was an inconvenience for me. Because Steve allowed me to pick up the RV early the quick clean of the RV was not an issue with me. The tanks not being dumped was as I felt short changed by not being comfortable using part of the RV that I rented.

5.0Had a wonderful time in the travel trailer. It was perfect for our family camping trip to Mercer Lake in Florence. Steve is a great host. Is quick to respond any questions I had. Would definitely rent from him again.
