Let us do the hauling and set up! We will deliver and set up within a 20 mile radius of Iowa City. Rig is only available for delivery at this time.Full size queen bed located in front of rig. Fitted sheet and light comforter provided. Bring pillows and any other bedding you’ll need.Center living area with kitchen, dinette, sofa, and electric fireplace - perfect for chilly mornings!Bathroom features a small tub with shower head, sink, and toilet.
Provided for your use is hand soap, hand towels, toilet paper, black water tank chemicals (to keep bathroom smelling fresh!), and some basic first aid supplies.Rear bedroom has 4 beds (two sets of bunk beds). Fitted sheets provided. Room also has wardrobe/cabinet for storage during your stay. Bring pillows and any other bedding you’ll need.In the pantry, near dinette, you will find stainless steel dishes, larger cooking utensils, and pots/pans.
Kitchen drawers have cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils. We also provide dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels and drying rack for use during stay.Most cabinets throughout our rig have shelves and baskets/bins to help organize your items during your stay.For outdoor cooking a Coleman two burner camp stove with 2lb propane tank are available for use. A small assortment of outdoor pots/pans are also available to use with Coleman stove. Please keep the pots/pans inside camper inside. Thank you. -We ask when you check out camper is in condition it was at check in.
-With our family, when being very mindful of water use, the freshwater tank lasts about 2 days. Gray and back tanks are filled in the same time. We own several rental properties in the Iowa City, Cedar Rapids Corridor. This spring we have expanded when we bought our first travel trailer for our family to use.
