· Renters are responsible for tire damage. If you think it’s due to negligence, bring the tire back for a professional evaluation; reimbursement depends on the result.
· Standard pick-up is at 3pm (±30 minutes) and drop-off is at 11am (±30 minutes).
· Early pick-up and late drop-off are available for an additional fee. The earliest pick-up is 7:30am, and the latest drop-off is 6pm.

Yes, you need one. However, we will give you one included in your rental price. We will set it up and train you how to use it.

What is the maximum weight you can tow with your car?
A.
To determine the towing weight of your cart first you have to check the Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR). You can find it in your car user manual determined by the vehicle manufacturer. HOW TO CALCULATE GCWR ( Gross Combined Weight Rating ). It is the maximum weight of your vehicle with a trailer attached, plus the passenger and cargo load weight together. EXAMPLE: Truck Weight 3000lb + Trailer Weight 3500lb+ Passenger Weight 300lb + Cargo weight 300lb = 7100lb GCWR

Do I need to bring my own towing gear?

No!! We will give you the towing gear as part of your rental. We will set it up and train you how to hook up and detach your trailer. If your vehicle has no towing package (2-inch hitch receiver & 7-pin socket), just call your nearest U-Haul and they will install it for you.
