2021 Coachmen Leprechaun
RV is 33ft long, clearance is 133 inches, 30AMP for electrical service (DO NOT Hook UP TO 50AMP Outlet). If used adapter and plug into a regular outlet, the AC will not work. Fresh water tank will not be filled, please let me know if you want it full.. (most of time you will not need to it full if you have a campsite for the night, saving some gas money). Awning will be disabled, if need to use it, it will be $1000 deposit.1) if you wanna cook, please bring cookware. If need to use oven, will need to bring a long nose lighter. 2)please also bring 2 Queen and 1 Full bed sheet. As well as pillows and blankets3) please prepare the RV special toilet paper, you can get it at Walmart and Amazon, or you can get from me for $2/roll.4)please bring body wash and shampoo5)if need to connect your PC to TV, please bring a Hdmi cablePlease Notice that:1) Do not cook greasy stuffs like beacon2) No Smoking3) 65MPH you can get the best MPG4) Make Wide Turn and go very slow on any bump and curb, might hit the back cuz the RV is long5) DO NOT Throw Anyting Else Beside Toilet Paper6) Please keep water pump off when not used7) Water heater will take 15 mins to heat up8) Grey water tank can only hold 2 people showering9) If there is another drivers, please add them and upload the driver's license to get verify for insurance purpose10) For Return: 12:00
