Rules and policies
No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be retained to have the RV professionally cleaned.
Festivals are not allowed and that taking the van to a festival, or any other restricted location, will result in the entire security deposit being retained.
You are responsible for any ticket or tolls even if the notice arrives after the security deposit has been released.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not, $200.00 will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
