It comes with 2 lbs of propane for cooking on the 2 burner stove. It carries 5 gallons of water to use in the stainless sink. Queen bed (59x77) with fresh clean sheets and light blanket (you may want to bring more depending on the weather) with 2 memory foam pillows. This trailer can be hooked up to 30amp service or you can simply use the DC lights from the fully charged battery. This trailer just makes sense for a perfect companion to explore the great outdoors and always feel a bit safer off the ground and solid walls to help keep unwanted things away from you.
