The Campervan ran well, and got us from A to B. That was most important to us. There were quite a few disappointments, however. There were no plates, bowls or cups--we had to stop and buy them. A promised sleeping pad was absent. The sleeping bags smelled like feet. The drawers swung out when driving on turns, we had to put a pillow in the drawer to keep this controlled. Host was inconsistently responsive to needs/questions. When I returned the van in similar cleanliness condition as we received it, I was charged $200. When I discussed this fee with the host, in light of the above disappointments, he refused to refund, until he contacted Outdoorsy, who convinced him to return this fee. For the reasons stated above, I'd book elsewhere next time.
