What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are flexible on the pick up and drop off times as long we discuss prior to confirming the booking.

Do I need to have a sewer connection at my site?
A.
The short answer is no, your site doesn't need to have a sewer connection at the site; however, this trailer is equipped with two 20 gallon waste tanks. One for the toilet and one for the shower/sink. If you don't have a sewer connection at your site, you must be very mindful of your water usage.

What do I need to do before I return the trailer or you pickup the trailer?
A.
We expect that the trailer is left is the same condition that you received it in. All of the dishes should be cleaned and put away, the floors swept clean and all of the surfaces wiped down. All bed linens should be placed on the bed and used towels in the shower.

What is required to tow the trailer?
A.
Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a trailer brake controller. This trailer (as required by law) is equipped with electric brakes that must be controlled by the tow vehicle. Wireless brake controllers are allowed. Our trailer is not equipped with a weight distribution hitch, therefore we recommend towing with a 1/2 ton truck or similar vehicle. Small SUV's and light duty trucks must have a 7000 pound towing capacity.
