Real talk - we can comfortably host 8 people if there are only 2-3 adults and the rest kiddos. If there are more adults, 4-5 would be the max we'd suggest, unless you don't mind space being tight and like snuggling. ;)Enjoy a *Private* queen bed (new, comfy mattress!) with tons of storage. In the main living area, we have a comfortable jack-knife couch that can be turned into a sleeper (comfy for 2 kids or 1 short adult), a cozy and spacious dinette that can convert into a double bed (2 adults) and 2 oversized double bunks that can fit 2 kiddos (or 2 smaller teens/adults who are kids at heart!) in each bed. (Weight limit for bunks are 350lbs each bed)With convenient 2 door access (1 door is to a private bathroom/shower), we also have an exterior shower box to rinse off sand or dirt after a long day of play, and a large electric retractable awning with outdoor/indoor blue lights for a cool ambiance.In the main living area, relax with our electric fireplace (w/heat option for cold weather glamps), watch movies inside or outside with our portable smart-tv flatscreens! Log into your Netflix, Disney+ or any of your other favorite entertainment apps for a fun night of movies & smores under the stars OR cuddled up in the amazingly cool AC inside.Outdoor items include tiki torches/oil, bug spray, sunscreen, first aid kit for emergencies, Edison string bulbs, grilling utensils, retractable outdoor 2-burner stove/mini fridge & YES, a nugget ice maker! We have 2 very comfortable over-sized foldable rocking chairs, a few single seaters & beach chairs, as well as side tables. Enjoy a game of cornhole, throw the football, light-up frisbee or other fun outdoor games we have for you on board.Inside offers you all your cookware, plates/utensils, cups, dish soap, hand towels, fresh shower towels, beach towels (and beach toys upon request!), shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, clean sheets/comforters/pillows, fans, sound machine, kettle, Keurig coffee maker/coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper and tons of indoor games for adults & kids!We are happy to share our family's favorite memory-maker with your family and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. • Only RV toilet paper down the loo (will be provided)
• Do not trust the tank lights, empty sooner rather than later
• No food, grease or coffee grounds down kitchen sink
• Retract awning at night to avoid random gusts of wind
• No pets on couch (nails will damage leather)
• Please treat our RV with respect like you would your own home

Life just gets too busy and our camper isn't being used enough so we decided to share him with other families in the mean time.
