A couple of unexpected incidents happened during an already stressful event. For example, the generator kept shutting down if the gas tank fell a little below half a tank. For a diesel-powered RV and an almost $6.00/gallon price, the fuel cost at the end of our trip was astronomical. We had to pay more money because although the host approved the extra days we requested, they claimed it was not added to the original cost. The host booked the next trip to other people without realizing it was the same day we returned the vehicle, which means they wouldn't have time to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle's maintenance before its next trip. We never had a cross-country road trip, and although we were hoping for an exciting and fun trip, it sure was a stressful trip emotionally and financially. We were transparent about the small damage we may have caused, and oh boy, did we pay for it!! So, if someone asks if we would do it again, the answer will be: for those people seeking something different, we would take other options and other ways to find new ways to experience fun adventures in our lives.

The ac didn't work in back when driving. The vent didn't work. The tv's didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't on when we picked it up ,food went bad as we thought it would get cold when the car engine was on.

A trip full of memories!!! Perfect fit for our family of 4 (two kids 5 and 8) we loved the pop out and it was super easy to manage even though we were only used to sprinters! Heather was a 10/10 host. Can’t wait to rent again!
