It Started with a Tent

1) Prohibited Activities: -Smoking/vaping/burning of incense in or near RV -Leaving children unattended in the RV -Pets of any kind -Climbing on roof -Boondocking/Dry camping 2) When booking your campsite, you must have a site that accommodates a 37 foot trailer with slides on both sides. 3) If towing, you must have an electric brake controller and must provide years of experience towing trailers. 4) Security: Keep RV doors locked any time the RV is unattended. 5) We allow awning usage, but it MUST be retracted if inclement weather is forecasted. 6) If having a campfire, please ensure all windows and doors are closed to the RV. 7) BEFORE RETURNING THE RV: Renters are expected to wash and dry all dishes/cookware and return them to the cupboard, strip beds and place dirty linens & towels in laundry bags provided and place in the shower, dispose of garbage, sweep (we have provided a broom for easy cleanup), and remove all food and personal items. Failure to return RV in proper condition will result in additional cleaning fees assessed from Security Deposit. We recommend getting the Interior Protection Plan.
