The host was great to keep in contact with, however, this site must have a glitch on the message board because messages I sent were not being received by the host in an often timely manner. Custom service on this site was good when needed but that was due to having to reach out to them over the messages glitch.
Outside of that, the camper was lovely and the host was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend.
