1. Delivery and Pickup:
• This camper is delivery and pickup only. I will handle all transportation to and from your desired location.
• Delivery is available within 150 miles of Jamestown, TN. Additional fees apply for extended distances.
2. Site Requirements:
• The delivery location must be accessible for a 40-foot fifth wheel
• A level parking area is required to ensure proper setup.
3. Prohibited Activities:
• No off-roading or relocation of the camper after delivery.
• No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
• Pets allowed only with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee
4. Hookups & Utilities:
• I will assist with hookup to water, electricity, and sewer at the delivery location.
• Use only approved RV toilet paper and cleaning supplies provided in the camper.
5. Cleanliness:
• Keep the camper clean and tidy during your stay.
• Additional cleaning fees apply if the camper is returned excessively dirty.
6. Damages:
• Any damages to the camper must be reported immediately. Fees for repairs will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.
7. Departure and Return:
• Set up and breakdown times will be agreed upon during booking.
• Ensure all personal items are removed, and trash is disposed of before checkout.
