We love pets but please do not leave them alone inside the trailer unless they’re contained in a kennel. Any pet damage beyond the initial pet charge will be deducted from your security deposit. If we see any evidence that a pet was in the unit and the pet fee was not added, we will automatically add the pet fee. If anything other than toilet paper ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, a fee will be assessed. No wipes, napkins, menstrual products should ever be flushed down toilet due to possible blockage. Only the special toilet paper provided by us should be used. Going on the roof is strictly prohibited. Items are inventoried and documented before each trip – any missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. A $50.00 charge will be implemented for every 1/2 hour that the renter fails to show to meet for drop off/pick up at the camp location after agreed upon meeting time.
