We do not allow rentals to Rednecks with Paychecks. Address: 3064 FM 3206 St. Jo, TX 76265
• Pets: must be approved before your stay. Deposit will be non refundable if pet is not approved and daily pet fee is not purchased. This ensures the camper is professionally cleaned with a product specifically designed for pets. If your pet is approved, your pet is not allowed to be left unattended outside of a dog crate inside of the camper. Pets are not allowed up on the couch or dinette cushions due to potential damage to the faux leather.
Smoking/Drug use is strictly prohibited inside of the camper.
SRA (supplemental rental agreement) will be sent to you after you have booked your dates. Please sign and return before your trip.
Awning use is prohibited if winds exceed 8-10 mph and guest will close the awning when leaving or going to bed.
