Thank you for choosing our RV! Please review the following rules to help ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone. No Smoking Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. Pets Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please message us before booking if you plan to bring a pet. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Towing Requirements This is a large travel trailer and requires a properly equipped tow vehicle with a 7-pin connector and brake controller. Renters must be comfortable towing a large trailer and ensuring their vehicle is capable of safely towing it. Delivery Option Delivery and setup may be available to many nearby campgrounds. This option allows guests to arrive and enjoy their trip without towing. Cleaning Expectations The RV will be provided clean and ready for your trip. Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. Waste Tanks If the RV is returned with waste tanks that have not been emptied, a dumping fee may apply. Generator Use Generator usage is limited to the included hours per day. Additional usage may incur extra charges. Travel Restrictions The RV must remain on paved roads and established campgrounds. Off-road use is not permitted. Awning Use The awning should not be left open during strong winds or storms. Damage caused by improper use may be the renter’s responsibility. Damage or Issues If anything breaks or stops working during your trip, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
