1. Cleaning is included, any excessive cleaning that needs to be done will be an additional charge out of your security deposit. Note that the definition of excessive is different for everyone as we all have a different idea of what clean is. The easiest rule, is bring it back exactly as you received it.2. Any damage caused to kitchen utensils, pots / pans or other items will be reimbursed out of your deposit and used for replacement. This doesn’t apply to normal wear & tear use.3.
