5.0RV was very nice, well maintained, clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Communications with Kendall were great and he always answered me right away. We paid to have it delivered and picked up and he was very easy to work with and schedule everything. Have rented several RV's thru outdoorsy.com for the past few years and always been very happy.

4.0The rv provided the services as listed. There were a few necessities that we would have like to have had being out of state like metal silverware and serving ware, steak knives and large bowls and a baking sheet to cook on. They provided the items we asked for in advance and were very responsive to any questions we had. They even came back to our site the next day to readjust the leveling on the rv.
