This heated / AC cooled pop-up camper with slide-out is a real gem! With Motorized raising/lowering, no need to tire yourself out cranking until dusk to raise the unit!It has 2(!) King Sized beds and the dining area doubles as a double bed. There's also a small couch a child could sleep on! You could sleep 7 people in here easy!It has a kitchenette with 3 burners, refrigerator, and a sink. There is a shower/toilet combo (cartridge style for easy disposal!)There is an outdoor propane burner set, if you don't want to cook inside, which is set under a nice awning, should you choose to set it up! It has a capacity for 2 propane tanks that can power the fridge, burners, and heater unit. There is also an exterior shower for getting the sand or dirt off!There is a 6-gallon hot water tank, coming from a 26-gallon freshwater tank. The black water tank has a 5-gallon capacity and is a cartridge style for easy emptying. You will need to have a greywater drain handy or you can use the included grey water container.The door can be locked and can either be fully closed or used as a screen door to let the breeze in. Nearly every wall can be opened/closed for privacy and/or to let the breeze through the entire unit while keeping the sun off you!There is an onboard power converter, so you can plug into shore power to power everything in the unit (except the burners, which use propane). There is also a water bypass if you want to feed water directly from shore (Please be sure to use the included regulator to avoid damaging the fittings from too much water pressure).Easy to tow, quick to set up and sleeps a whole mess of people! This trailer is great! Uses 2" ball and 7pin round connector. Renter is responsible for knowing the limits of their vehicle. If your vehicle does not have a 7-pin towing connector, using a 4-pin adapter will not use the trailer brakes and is not recommended.

There is no smoking in the coach under any circumstances, this includes cannabis. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any smoke mitigation requirements.
Dogs are welcome for a small fee, but please do not bring any cats or birds on board.
