We have lowered the price per night for the season of 2022 due to the high prices of gas to give campers a chance to go camping and enjoy the outdoors- nothing like being in the great outdoors! This 2018 freedom elite is very very clean and sanitized each time used. It has leather interior seats on the dinette,couch and bunk area, linoleum flooring that looks like wood. Bedroom has queen size bed with own privacy, bed is covered to protect from bedbugs,etc., Plenty of storage in bedroom-closet, drawers, plenty of storage in bathroom cabinets and also a place to put fresh towels. Bunk area can also be used as extra storage if no one will be sleeping up there. Has an outdoor kitchen with frig for cold drinks and sink,
drawer with bbq utensils, food net covers, drink covers etc., outdoor tv.
Does not include bedding, pillows and towels.- that is an extra fee of 75.00
We do not allow boondocking as generator has to run all the time and we do not have a place to empty waste water.Qué incluyeCoffee pot, countertop icemaker, camping chairs, campfire utensils, picnic tablecloth, outdoor rug, folding step to get in rv easily, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, silverware, plates, coffee cups. We go to Watkins Mill in Kearney Mo alot but it is not full hookup which you will have to watch the gauges for water and dumping- we do have extra water jugs and dump caddy we will include if you do not have full hookup- that way you don’t have to unhook to go fill with water and empty waste water.
Full hookup - Smithville is nice and also Basswood if you dont want to worry with water and dumping.
We have also gone to nebraska state parks which are really nice, alot of them are full hookups, you do have to buy a yearly park pass to use the parks of 2021. Iowa state parks are very nice and alot of them have full hookup- no park pass is required in Iowa.Otros detalles importantesAbsolutely no climbing on roof, no smoking inside(there is an ashtray in cabinet in outdoor kitchen-you make use it to smoke outside, no one under 25 years of age driving, no pets, no tailgating, no festivals.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible on pick up and drop off time as long as we know ahead of time so we have it ready for pick up- return we would like to have it back by 5pm unless there is a situation that it would take longer(like driving etc)
