Cruise Kauai in style with loaded Subaru Outback. You won’t just be camping, you’ll be glamping! Fully loaded with all camping gear including queen blow up mattress. Kitchen supplies including special hatchback kitchen/dining and lounging area bug screen tent.
Top of the line designer bedding, as well as all amenities needed to camp in style. Set up for 2 with chairs, propane grill, utensils, plates, bowls, glassware, French press coffee, battery powered lantern, snorkel gear, and more! We recommend Kumu Campground as home base. They have hot showers, bathrooms, WiFi, and covered kitchen and barbecue area. $15 to $20 per person per night. Centrally located and beachfront. No place on island more than 60 miles away! Other primitive County campsites available too.NO Polihale State Park.Vehicle pick up and drop off is located 8 miles north of airport. Uber/Lyft/taxi to our location. Heaven can often pick you up for $40 or drop vehicle off at airport for $50

Rules and policies
None of our vans are allowed off-road and even rough roads can cause damage to our vintage Camper Vans. Don't get into situations that require fast acceleration. Visibility backing up is limited, use a spotter to guide you. Heavy vans can struggle to start on a steep uphill grade. "G. Polihale State Park is not allowed. Unimproved or dirt roads including Maha'ulepu beach are not allowed. GPS tracking will verify compliance. Driving in these areas or on similar unimproved roads will forfeit $500 from your deposit.
Van shall not be operated by anyone other than designated in the rental agreement. Nothing is allowed on top of or connected to the van. Please sleep in Camp Grounds, camping permits are easy to obtain on short notice.
If we pick up or drop off a van there will be a $50 fee. (No services on Airport property). Picking up your Camper before 3 pm is possible with a $50 charge. Returning your van later than, 11 AM incurs a $50/hour fee. Because we will struggle to prepare it for the next renter. Cutting days off of your original reservation enables you to receive a 25% refund for those days not used. One pound of propane is complimentary. Additional lbs. are billed to you at $20 per pound. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
