Mercedes Benz Sprinter

Basic Rules: 1. USE DIESEL FUEL ONLY. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS TO REPAIR DAMAGED ENGINE CAUSED BY MISFUELING. MISFUELING IS DEFNIED AS THE RENTER PLACING SOMETHING OTHER THAN DIESEL FUEL IN THE FUEL TANK. NOTE, ESTIMATED REPAIR COSTS EXCEED $15,000. 2. Sprinter van should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 3. No cigarette or cigar smoking inside the Sprinter van. Any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. 4. Do not drive the Sprinter van on gravel roads. 5. NO-Pets allowed without owner pre-approval. 6. Cleaning Policy: Renter is responsible for cleaning and empty all trash before returning Sprinter van to owner. 7. Sprinter van content: Renters agree to return the Sprinter van with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, remote controls, wireless hubs, and any optional items provided as part of this rental agreement. When renters are away from the Sprinter van, all doors should remain locked to prevent theft. 8. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 3pm CST will result in additional charges. 9. Confirm your rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 10. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the Sprinter van and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of rental agreement, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
