Her size and maneuverability makes it a breeze to fit into spaces and get you in to any state park.We'll supply you with everything you'll need (and even some extras you didn't know you wanted) to make sure you have a smooth, stress-free rental.In addition to a tour, you'll have 24/7 cloud access to tutorial videos and tips (who can remember everything in one go right?)My wife and I tried to think of everything needed when camping. There are also cool extras that can be added on for a small fee (extra cargo bag, bike rack, wifi hotspot, paddle boards, camping table/chairs, river tube/water floats, portable fire pit, fishing poles)

ADDITIONAL RULES & RECOMMENDATIONS
During the time that our RV is in your care, please NO smoking, NO climbing on the roof, NO driving outside of the US, and obey all traffic laws. Our RVs require the use of RV/Septic Safe Toilet Paper to avoid clogging the Black Tank, which will result in additional fees for the renter. NO SMOKING or VAPING: ANY EVIDENCE Smoking or vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire $1500 security deposit.
NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire $1500 security deposit.
Pet Damage $500 This fee will be assessed to cover any damage done to our RV from pets.
Smoke Damage $500 This fee will be assessed to RV returned with smoke damage. This includes campfire smoke. Please keep the RV doors and windows closed if parked near a campfire. Any evidence of walking on top of the RV
will be subject to a $500 roof re-coating fee plus any structural damage
repairs.
Accidents/Liability Release
We are not liable for camping failures when using a generator, sewage/fresh water tanks. Nor are we liable for any accidents/ommissions from the renter that results in accidents/injury to them or others.
Cleaning INSIDE (sanitized): Unless you select to add cleaning Add-On with your reservation, the RV must be returned with a clean interior. “Clean” means as you received it & ready for another rental. If you pay for cleaning, the RV does not have to be returned clean, however it cannot be “trashed” or so dirty filled with trash or dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation. If you did not pay for cleaning at the time of rental the cleaning fee is $125 if the unit is returned dirty.
Owner fee’s-$200 Proper RV toilet paper is required for the RV so we will supply you 1 pack with (6 rolls) to make sure you have enough for your trip. If you will be using the RV longer than 14 days there will be an additional $10.00 charge at the time of return and you will be

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Normal Pickup Time is 12-5pm, Dropoff time is by Noon on the day of return. We can offer some flexibility if schedule permits. Please inquire if needed. Thanks
