• No smoking or vaping inside the RV. $350 fee if residues or smells of smoking or vaping is detected in the RV • No climbing on the roof • Festival friendly with previous approval • 2 Pets maximum with a starting fee of $100 and additional $25 for the second pet. Renter is responsible for any damages caused on the inside/outside of the RV by their pets and is not included in the initial fee. • Be aware of the sensitive plumbing, food waste should be disposed in a garbage bag, no oils should be drain in the kitchen or bathroom sinks • ONLY use safe RV trailer toilet paper! •Renter is responsible for dumping or a charge of $50 will be apply for dumping • We are a family who wants to share our RV and passion for the outdoors. Please treat our RV as it was yours and help us maintain it! We want to offer you and everyone and clean and well maintain RV.
