Let us send you off on your next adventure. The RV comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a twin bed above the cockpit, the sofa drops into a bed, the table folds down to sleep 1 comfortably or 2 littles, and there is an incredibly comfortable new queen mattress in the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, stove, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator, and a microware/oven. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. We ask that you bring your own bedding, towels, food of course, and any specialty cookware you might need. The decent sized shower and door that separates the unit provides for a nice space to clean up. There is a ton of storage with a large pantry and closet in the main bedroom, upper cabinet storage and several open compartments under the motorhome. We have also included an outdoor rug, 4 camping chairs, and a screened in tent to eat with your family without pesky bugs interfering with dinner. Basically you can grab your personal belongings and look forward to a wonderful camping experience.Maverick is a 98 Georgie Boy although Do NOT let the age fool you. Our Maverick has only 50K miles and has recently been upgraded so that you can enjoy camping in style. Flooring has recently been replaced with new easy to clean vinyl. And all upholstery has been updated and trendy backslashes added to kitchen and bathroom.* note deposit may be increased to cover expected mileage overage charges *

___ Drivers: must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS
___ Damage: you are responsible for any damage to the motorhome during your rental. If damage occurs, please inform us immediately so that we may begin the insurance claim process.
___ Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, toll road, etc.) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.
___ Tires: you are responsible for repair or replacement of tires if necessary, during your rental.
___ Speed: We ask that you take it easy on the old guy and do not exceed 75 or the posted speed limit. Maverick runs best at 65 and will give you the best gas mileage too at that speed.
___ GPS: Maverick is equipped with an onboard GPS system that helps us keep track of his location and speed. Again we ask that you do not exceed our speed requests and we will contact you if we receive an alert showing excess speed. This is for your safety and to protect our beloved Maverick. Tampering with the GPS transmitter is also recorded by the unit and sent to the server online, and will result in a forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
___ Cleaning: if Maverick is returned significantly dirty (interior or exterior), a $100 cleaning fee will be taken from your security deposit. Please do your best to return him in the same condition you receive him! (linens do not need to be washed – I will sanitize everything after deliver)
