The RV is very clean, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials. Its upgraded power system, including solar, inverter, and large battery, provides reliable off-grid use, and the AC is effective in extreme heat. Comfortable beds too.

5.0The Linford's were awesome hosts! Very attentive to detail and cleanliness. They are very easy to communicate with and make the pick up and drop off so easy. They provided excellent information for all the special details about the "Hideout". Probably the best experience with the least, actually zero, issues with a rental we've ever had. The Hideout has plenty of space, loaded with extras and the upgrades to the power system are unmatched by other rentals. We really appreciate the ease working with and friendliness of the Linford family. Definitely will be return renters. :)

5.0Large family camping trip with others using Outdoorsy or their own trailers and ALL of them were impressed with our experience and trailer! Upon delivery, there was a thorough walk through. They take pride in their trailer and it shows! We had no hook ups but couldn’t have been more comfortable. The solar panel inverter kept everything charged and the generator was only used the first afternoon after delivery to help cool it down. It cooled down unbelievably fast and the generator was more so a security blanket. They are very personable people and very responsive, especially for a family that has never stayed in a trailer and had a lot of questions. We will definitely be return users if our family doesn’t beat us to them!

5.0Jeremy was very communicative and explained the whole process really well. Great value and great RV for our family. Very clean and stayed really cold when it was 106 degrees outside. Would rent from them again. The bed was really comfortable too.

5.0This is a great trailer and offered by great hosts! Jeremy is extremely responsive to any questions and clearly takes pride in the trailer. Everything is extremely well thought out and has a lot of upgrades. The solar panel inverter is fantastic and provided us all we needed (we had no hook-ups at our site and never even turned on the generator). We will definitely rent again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Usually this is very flexible. We only ask to coordinate in advance if possible.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I'd recommend not being in a hurry while driving and drive as if you are driving a semi. Slow, patient, plenty of stopping distance and turn as wide as you can.

What are the cleaning requirements?
A.
It is expected to return the RV in the same cleanliness as when received excluding linens (Bedding / Towels). Bedding to be stripped and left on bed, used towels put in shower. If trailer is returned not in the same cleanliness as received, then a No cleaning fee will be $200 base cost. Overly dirty cleaning will be the base cost, plus $50/hr. charge.
