Very light weight travel trailer (3638 lbs) sleeps six. This unit is perfect for any trips it fits on any campsite and has all the comfort that you need. It features a Murphy bed/double bed which is very comfortable, a dinette /double bed, a bunkhouse has double size mattresses, a small kitchen with microwave and a full size fridge (shorepowered only) two burner stove and lots of storage. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. It has a furnace to keep you warm on cold nights and it has an AC to keep you cool on a hot summer days. Outside you have a powered awning and an outdoor kitchen with two burners and a mini fridge. Don’t miss it book nowNo smoking and no off-road (gravel road is fine or calm dirt road)

- Unfortunately if the camper trailer isn’t returned as the same condition as rented out. A cleaning fee will be charged of $200. This is separate from the damage deposit
- If off-roading is completed in the rv, Please be advised that a $200 dollar cleaning fee/damage fee will be applied due to previous issues and trailed returned damaged, scuffed up, severely dirty etc.
- If trailer is returned with dirty exterior, automatic $65 dollar fee will be applied for exterior cleaning.

Everything was wonderful, the only thing that I would recommend is a few small things that are needed. A better broom is needed and a small mat for inside the door as well as one for outside the door.

Awesome trip, easy pick up and drop off. Trailer was clean and comfortable for our trip. It had everything one could need.

Host has been very accommodating in regards to pick up and drop off. Unit was clean and functional, with everything we needed. Would definitely rent here again!
