Mercedes Plateau Campervan

All good; no issues.

Vehicle was smelly, several items didn’t work, the vehicle was overdue for a service when we picked it up and the tyres were worn, and the LPG gas was almost empty. The foam mattress didn’t fit the bed or sheets, I have had so many changes made to my credit card it will take a while to reconcile what I paid and what I should have paid.

We rented the Mercedes Campervan for a week to do a trip around the Rocky Mountains. Tim and Nancy were very nice in explaining us all the systems and the van was clean and ready upon our arrival. We had a lot of gears, including skis and firewood, but all fitted perfectly in the van. The trip went on without issues: this vehicle is perfect for exploring Canada even in late April, when the weather is not so warm. The van comes with cooking utensils and pots, so you don even have to worry about bringing your own. My only recommendation for the owner is to add a small grill to place on top of the campsites' fire pits, as their grills are all spread apart and it is difficult to cook food on them. I highly recommend travelling with this campervan and in general rent at RVR Kelowna. Sebastiano
