Friendly and accommodating hosts
Guests consistently found the hosts friendly and accommodating, though one reported technical support did not respond to calls late at night despite extra payment.

One guest experienced an uncomfortable floating sensation due to an unstabilized hitch, despite paying for a special hitch. Battery life and slow recharging were also issues, along with dirty mats and a broken broom. Other features like the mattress, freezer, and sani dump were praised.

3.0Light weight Trailer towed well but hitch was not stabilized or braced with any bars despite paying for a special hitch. Uncomfortable floating sensation over small hills. Sleeping was great until the battery ran down and triggered the CO monitor all night. Recharging the battery takes all day on AC current as generator only helped recharge from 1/4 to 2/4 after 2 hours running. RV trip and Technical support which I paid extra for and phone assistance did not respond when called at 10 PM. Great freezer and cabinets worked well but all mats very dirty, dusty and slippery from old worn carpets. Broken tiny broom. Sani dump clear pipe easy to use.
