We rented the Jayco 10ft 10SD tent trailer, and when we went to pick it up we got the feeling the staff preparing it didn't have a ton of experience with these trailers. They had trouble taking it down after we did our walk through. They also sent us with extremely bald tires, but surprisingly they survived the trip. The thermostat didn't work and the battery would only last about a day before needing to be recharged. They also lit the pilot light in the trailer before sending us on our way which is incredibly dangerous. Giving 2 stars because their service was good and everyone was very nice, and they didn't charge us for the late fee because it took us over an hour to get it cranked down due to the dying battery. Probably wouldn't rent from here again. If we did we would want a more experienced person doing the walk through with us, and I am hoping some repairs are made before the next person rents it (we let the staff know all of our issues when we checked out.)
