3.0Hello! Our trip was terrific. The camper was perfect for our small Family. The only concern we have, is that we order the extra cost required to use/deploy the trailer awning. It was never able to open. That is, we tried opening the trailer awning and could not. As a result, we went the entire time without the benefit of that shade that we had ordered, and paid for. We just want to ensure that we are reimbursed for the cost of the item (Awning) that we could not use and was not available to us. Please let us know your thoughts, Cheers, Eddy Santos
