5.0This is our second year booking a RV from RVR Kelowna. Our experience the first year first year was very good, our second year even better. Our unit was 3 years old, very well maintained, and spotless. Despite only being a 23 foot unit, there was storage to spare. The whole process was seamless and although it wasn’t necessary, the staff made it very clear that they were only a phone call away from any assistance we might have needed. 4.5Not to many complaints. Our RV worked as expected and we had a great trip. I had to replace a wiper bladed and they refunded me the cost to do that mid-trip. I am still a little unsure about the $100 "RV Trip And Technical Assistance" fee and charge. I received a couple of text messages on the trip asking how it was going. Both the messages and the fee seemed unnecessary. Their payment system also charge me "international transaction fee", which is frustrating since my Credit Cards don't charge fees. We are U.S. travelers. These pesky fees aside we had a great trip, great motorhome, and great interaction with staff.
