Viktoriya is easy to communicate with and flexible on times. However, she was unresponsive to a stuck hitch issue and not present at drop-off for one guest.
Several condition and comfort issues
Vehicle had hail damage, 1-inch thick bunk mattresses, and 2/3 full black water tank upon pickup. A rusted towing hitch became permanently stuck to the trailer.

5.0We have rented trailers from Viktoriya multiple times over the last few years. She is easy to communicate with, her trailers are presented as is, stocked with all the amenities and is flexible with drop off and pick up times (if available). We will be renting from her again in the fall!

3.0The black water was given to us 2/3 full. The trailer is covered in hail damage. The listing said west Kelowna when it was in downtown Kelowna so we had to cross the bridge both ways which we didn’t want. The bunk bed mattresses are about 1” thick and very uncomfortable.

5.0I already did this however, I will leave my review again. My trip was great. Viktoria who I rented ftom was kind and showed us everything we needed to know. The trailer I rented was clean and very nice. I would rent it again. There was only one problem, I had to leave my towing hitch attached to the trailer because it was stuck on there we could not get it to release. The gentleman helping me said the latch may be rusted and won't release. I don't know but we could not get it off. I messaged Viktoria but did not hear back. I lost a 3 ball hitch. Hopefully I can get it at some point, when I rent the trailer again. Viktoria was not at the drop off for the trailer.
