Outstanding RV Rental Experience! I recently had the pleasure of renting from RVR Kelowna for the second season in a row, and I couldn't be more satisfied! From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. Their travel trailers are impressively clean and well-maintained, making our adventures comfortable and enjoyable. We were very pleased with the service -- delivery and pick-up were right on time, the unit was clean and well stocked with the required utensils. We also cleaned the trailer before pick-up even though we knew you were charging a prep fee of $97. However, we were never advised nor did the contract state that an extra fee of $70.00 for dumping and propane usage would be charged. Please advise.
